Terms of trade and delivery
Compliance with Danish law on the sale of alcohol and spirits
Since there are very special rules for the sale of alcohol and spirits in Denmark please we therefore ask you to be aware of this:
Persons between 16-18 years may buy wine, alcohol etc. up to 16.5%
People under the age of 18 are not allowed to buy spirits and stronger alcohol (vodka, gin, etc.) over 16.5%
Manor House accepts payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, JCB and MobilePay. Payment will be deducted from your account when the item is shipped.
All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.
Manor House uses an authenticated payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Manor House delivers on all weekdays, with orders placed before 12.00.
Goods are sent by Post Nord or DSV. It is also possible to pick up the goods at Restrup Kærvej 10 by prior arrangement.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.
Manor House will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent will not be accepted at cash on delivery.
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return costs must be borne by you.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. mail to email@example.com . Condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that you regret of the purchase, only part or none of the purchase amount is returned, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive the entire purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not take it into actual use.
